Jawalakhel officials banned for misconduct

KATHMANDU, April 13: Five officials of Jawalakhel Youth Club have been slapped a ban for their bad conduct with Three Star Club in the ongoing Martyrs Memorial A Division League on Saturday. They have also been slapped a fine of Rs 5,000 each.

Jawalakhel President Thulo Bhai KC, assistant coach Rajaram Karki, officials Manamohan KC and Samir KC, have each been slapped a match ban while official Madhav Thapa will not be allowed to play the next two matches.

President KC will not be allowed to enter the VIP area where the presidents and secretaries of clubs are seated. Other officials of the club will not be allowed to sit in the player’s box in their upcoming match/es.

The officials of Jawalakhel had attempted to manhandle referee Sudish Pandey after he sent two players off in the 44th minute during the match with Three Star.
