Three Star get co-sponsor

KATHMANDU, Feb 10: Nabil Three Star Club on Wednesday signed a co-sponsorship deal with Western Union Money Transfer for one year. As the co-sponsor, Western Union will provide Rs 700,000 to the club.

Three Star President Lalit Krishna Shrestha and Western Union country head Atish Krishna signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.

Following the agreement, Three Star will put on jersey carrying the logo of Western Union in all official matches. Nabil Bank is the main sponsor of the club.


On the occasion, Atish handed over the new jersey carrying the logo of Western Union to captain Pradeep Maharjan and former captain Surendra Tamang.

Atish said both the sides will be benefited from the agreement. He also said the deal could be extended next year if the club improved its performance.

Three Star are the winners of the recently held British Gurkha Cup Football Tournament.
