The committee led by Nepal Football Association (NFA) President Bijya Narayan Manandhar submitted the draft to ANFA president Ganesh Thapa in the presence of Member-Secretary of the National Sports Council (NSC) Jeewan Ram Shrestha. The two football associations -- ANFA and NFA had on Dec. 7 agreed to present the draft within 45 days once the committee was formed.

Committee coordinator Narayan Manandhar said the draft had been prepared in three schedules and 72 clauses on the basis of suggestions from all concerned sectors, labbeling it as the 'most powerful' to brace the football sector. "The draft has been prepared following suggesting from players, referee, women's association and all the concerned sectors," said Manadhar. Manandhar also informed the new draft suggests that the new ANFA election would be held in the Nepali month of Bhadra.

Speaking on the occasion, ANFA president Ganesh Thapa said the conflict seen earlier in the sector would not recur in the coming days. Thapa said the draft was yet to be approved and they would present it to the Asian Football Confederation FIFA, the governing body.
