Male, 10 Oct 2009 - Nepali striker Jumanu Rai struck twice to qualify Maldivian club All Youth Linkage (AYL) for a spot in the Dhivehi League 2010 (the top Maldivian League). AYL beat Kalhaidhoo on Friday´s qualification match.
From the win, AYL has managed to get 7 points from three games and the Eagles, who are at the bottom of the league have just secured a point with one match remaining.
Jumanu Rai scored the first goal of the match in the 3rd minute. Kalhaidhoo equalized in the 26th minute owing to a superb shot by Ali Moosa. Jumanu again restored the lead for AYL in the 37th minute. However, Kalhaidhoo fought back and scored the equalizer in the opening minute of the second half by Abdullah Sujau. The winning goal came in the 83rd minute from Ali Fasir.
